The world is amazing and fascinating! There’s so much going on and geography gives you a great understanding of it all, which is why geography is such a cool and important subject.
You can look at the population of the world, the cities we build in it, the cultures we’ve developed and how we move around and interact in the world. This and more is ‘human geography’.
In ‘physical geography’, you can find out about the natural features and landscapes in the world. Coasts, mountains, volcanoes, rivers, rocks, glaciers, oceans, weather and so much more – it’s all what makes up the world we live in.
