Geography teaches you all sorts of skills, many of which could be used in a zombie apocalypse (or a future career)!
I’d definitely use map reading and navigation skills so I could plan safe routes through the terrain.
Understanding about cities and population would give you an advantage in knowing which areas to avoid (cities = high zombie concentration).
Finally, knowledge of weather patterns would allow you to plan your movements to avoid exposure to bad weather.
Map reading is a very useful one, as I wouldn’t want to be lost in the wilderness during a zombie apocalypse!
I also spend a lot of my time working with people from all over the world, many of whom have lots of experience in dealing with disasters and crisis, so I would definitely be trying to call up some of my co-workers and colleagues who would definitely a better zombie apocalypse plan than me!
I have a lot of camping gear, left-over ration packs, can find my way around the mountains, and i’ve done gun training for bear risks – i’ll be fine 😉
