My trip to Denmark and Sweden was my favorite because the cities mix nature, buildings, and people. I studied the parks, green roofs, and places where plants and vegetation are big part of the city. It was fun to see the eco-friendly shopping centre Emporia in Malmo, Sweden (with a roof top park), just across the Oresund Bridge from Copenhagen, Denmark, and reached by train. I also loved seeing the Turning Torso and the waterfront apartments next to it, where people live right by the water in a clean, green city.

This is such a tricky question, every country has something different that makes it great, the food, the people, the environment/ scenary. I love to travel, and have been lucky to explore over 50 countries so far.

My favourite of favourites, Vietnam. The people are so lovely and welcoming. The food is amazing, and cheap too. Street food is such high quality – street vendors have perfected one or two dishes over the years. And then the environment is great too, from the busy Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to long coastline of Ha Long Bay and the river systems like Mekong delta.
