Question: What is your favourite part of your job and what food do you think it links too

Ooh such a fun question!

My favourite part of my job is that everyday is different and I am often doing lots of different tasks at the same time – I am never bored! For example, I could be out in the field taking samples, analyzing samples in the lab, working with data and statistics, presenting my research, teaching university students…. I could go on and on!

I think for that reason, my job could be compared to fajitas. There’s lots going on, wraps, chicken, spices, sauce, vegetables, cheese, sour cream, guacamole! But when it all comes together it makes for a delicious meal, and a great job!
