      The furthest I have travelled has mostly been for work, which took me to Zimbabwe in Southern Africa.

      I am not sure about furthest, but what always gets you is time zone difference. I once had meetings in the US, followed by a few days back in London, followed by a trip to Sri Lanka. So over 1 month, my body clock had to adjust to 3 timezone which means a lot of jet lag!
